He was born January 5, 1957, in Marianna, Fl, to Eugene Talmidge and Betty (Free) Vickery. He spent most of his career as a Commercial Truck Driver and loved taking his sons with him on the road. After spending 15 years driving long hauls, Cameron started driving for a local company in Quincy, Fl. It was there that he met his wife, Jenny. After 8 years driving local, his health declined to the point that he had to stop driving. Cameron enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog Lizzie. Cameron is survived by his wife, Jenny; sons, Brian and Justin, daughters, Amy Nix, and Candy, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by his dad and mom, Eugene Talmidge, & Betty Vickery; brothers, Leingle and Ikie, a sister, Pam Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother Tony. Cameron will be remembered as an easy going very laid back never met a stranger kind of man. He will be truly missed. Funeral services will be held on Friday September 8, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Ellis Vickery officiating.
