David Crews Obituary
David graduated from Northview High School and later lived in Connecticut, where he met his wife, Beverly Jackson. David worked in several industries, including Wonder Bread, Pepsi Cola, and Napa Auto Parts, and also served as a plow truck driver and heavy equipment operator during New England winters. After retirement, he and Beverly made their home in Florida.
A lifelong sports fan, David especially enjoyed basketball and followed the Boston Celtics with great enthusiasm. He was happiest gathering with family and friends to watch games and share good food.
David is survived by his son, Andre Bonds; his brother, Quincy Crews; his sisters, Peggie (Hinton) Lucas, D. Sharese Terry, Charlette (Tavis) Scott, and Sandie Crews; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family invites those who knew David to share a memory in his honor.
