Gary Stephen Jordan

Gary Stephen Jordan of Dothan, AL passed away on May 26, 2022 at his home surrounded by family. He was 67.

Funeral Services were held Saturday June 4, 2022 @ 12:00 pm at Family First Funeral Care Chapel (965 Woodland Dr. Dothan, AL) with Rev. John McCrummen, Rev. John Hooks, and Chaplain John Gormley officiating. The family received friends at the funeral home from 11:00-12:00 p.m until service time.

Mr. Jordan was born in Tampa, Florida to James and Jeanette Jordan. He was a 1974 graduate of Robinson High School in Tampa, Fl. He later moved to Dothan and opened Gary's Gym where he developed lifelong friends. He worked at Sony Magnetic Products for 30 years and was employed with HSAA Automotive in Enterprise at the time of his death. Gary was always "The Manager and the Go-To GUY".

Mr. Jordan enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, going to the beach and spending time with his Top of the Gulf family and staying busy on his John Deere tractor.

Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by one brother, Jamie Jordan and a daughter Eva Jordan.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Jordan, his daughter, Hannah Jordan, father, James Jordan, mother, Jeanette Jordan, sister Melanie Lewis (Kenny), brother, Greg Jordan, sister in laws, Cyndi Maxwell (Jim), Cathy Davis, Eleanor Ramer (Jerry), brother in laws, Charles Granger, and James Jones.

He will also be missed by his canine companion, Oliver Jordan, affectionately known as "Man Head."
