He was employed at May's Towing for fifteen years. Robert has been a good friend to many and will not be forgotten in the community of Cypress. He touched many hearts and will be truly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Ollie Lee (Jack) Davis and Fannie Bea Laster Davis, three brothers; Bernard, John and Dewey Davis, two sisters; Martha Davis Coulliette Hinson and Bonnie Davis. Survivors include his brother; Henry Lee Davis of Cypress, sisters Edna Earle McDonald and husband Larry of Malone, FL, Sara Moats and husband Kenneth of Grangeburg, AL, a host of nieces and nephews, his girl friend of one year Teresa Ann Barnes of Cypress and his close friend Junior Mays. Services for Mr. Davis will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with a time of visitation to be held one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in the Coulliette Cemetery. Donations in memory of Robert Earl may be made to Covenant Hospice at 4215 Kelson Avenue Ste E, Marianna, FL 32446.
