Robert W. Feigley Sr. died at his home in Ocean View, Delaware on November 9th. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sandra Feigley (née Straka) and their 2 children, Robert Feigley Jr. and Elizabeth Feigley.
One of 9 children, he is survived by 3 sisters, Louise Matuszak, Yvonne Hensley, and Deborah McQuade as well as 2 brothers, Edgar and Richard. Preceding him in death were 2 sisters, Helen Feigley and Valerie Gibbon and 1 brother, Bernard.
Until his retirement, he lived most of his life in Dundalk. He was very proud of his work at Bethlehem Steel Shipyard where he worked his way up to Foreman of Maintenance during a career that spanned over 30 years.
Known by many only as "Skins", he enjoyed owning a boat and taking his family and friends out for rides, fishing, tubing, and skiing. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed rooting for his beloved Baltimore Colts and Ravens.
He was received by family and friends at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on November 15th and laid to rest at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery on November 16th. A lover of animals, the family requests that any donations in his name be sent to the Brandywine SPCA in Georgetown, Delaware.
