William Wilson Ningard, age 89, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on November 29, 2021 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Vernon and Evelyn (Higgs) Ningard. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as a parts director for an automotive dealer. He was an avid antique car collector and a member of the Chesapeake Region Antique Car Club and the Harford Region Antique Car Club. He was a member of the Boumi Temple in Baltimore, and the Dundalk Masonic Lodge. William was also a lifelong stamp collector and a member of Union Chapel United Methodist Church.
William is survived by his wife of 65 years, Phyllis "Pat" Ningard; God child, Jennifer L. Parker; and God grandchild, Kenneth W. Parker, Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Anne Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Union Chapel United Methodist Church from 10 am-12 pm with a service following at 12 pm. Interment will take place in Union Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
