Four years after Janet passed away, David moved to Ocean City, NJ and then to Rehoboth Beach, DE with his second wife, Carolyn. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior where he served as property chairman. In Delaware, he was also a member of a gospel choir which sang at nursing homes. Uncle Dave was a very special man. I remember his big laugh when we were all together as kids. In his later years I loved listening to his memories of his earlier life and childhood with my Mom. I am so sad he is no longer with us here where we can see him. But he earned his eternal rest beside Aunt Janet, my Mom and our Mom Mom. May he Rest In Peace. And may all your loving memories of him as your father, uncle, brother and friend bring joy to your heart.
