My friend Hazel, as I write this my tears are flowing ... I miss you so much . God sent us together for a reason..We laughed we cried and we danced .,,Yes I love you and I promise I will see you again! You suffered to much and even though I miss you I´m glad God took you home . No more pain and suffering my friend ...

Mrs Martinez was a very special person who was amazing in and out! Her personality will be unforgetable and memories of her will live on forever. Thank you for the opportunity to be involved in her care. God bless you all for such loving care. My deepest sympathy to all. Celia Raymond, RN VNHH
