John V. St. Angelo

John V. St. Angelo, 88, of South Street, Barrington, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of 55 years to Barbara (Piccerelli) St. Angelo.

Born in Barrington, he was a son of the late Joseph St. Angelo Sr. and Theresa (Petrillo) St. Angelo and remained a lifelong resident of the town he loved.

John dedicated 40 years of his career as a facility manager for Lauderdale Associates in Providence before retiring in 2020. A man of faith and service, he was a communicant of Holy Angels Church in Barrington and gave generously of his time as a devoted volunteer at many parish events.

A proud United States Army Veteran, John served honorably during the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the Swansea Country Club, where he enjoyed many rounds of golf with friends. His passions included playing cards, bocci ball, bowling, and most of all, spending time with his cherished family.

Besides his devoted wife, Barbara, John is survived by three sons: James G. Casale of Flowery Branch, GA, John T. Casale of Brewster, MA, and John V. St. Angelo Jr. of Barrington. He leaves behind six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Joseph, Vincenzio "Jimmy", Ralph, Alfred, and Giovanni St. Angelo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington.

Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory to Holy Angels Church, 341 Maple Avenue, Barrington would be deeply appreciated. Arrangements are by the W Raymond Watson Funeral Home, Riverside.
