Stephen Dudley

1951 - 2023

Formerly of Barrington|Steve Dudley of Santa Clarita CA passed away March 18th surrounded by his loving family and friends after a brief battle with cancer. Son of the late H. Marchant Dudley and Marilyn P. Dudley, he grew up in Barrington. Graduated from BHS 1970 and New England College 1975. An avid sailor, he sailed in the Newport to Bermuda race several times in the 70's and early 80's. A job at the Economist Magazine took him to NYC where lived for almost 10 years. Then to the LA area working for Scientific American. During a business trip to Singapore he met his future wife Suthina Bamrungrat. They were married in 2003 in Bangkok, Thailand and soon made their way back to the Los Angeles area to raise a family, Steve's dream come true. He is survived by his adoring wife Suthina, loving son Henry, loving daughters Nora and Chanya and a sister Sue Broomhead of Riverside RI. He was predeceased by siblings Paula Tagiuri and Peter Dudley. Services will be held April 5th at Thai Temple is North Hollywood, CA.
