Agnes G. Durand

AGNES G. DURAND Born November 6, 1917, passed away in Fremont, CA on Mother's Day, May 8, 2005. Devoted mother of Arthur McKay Durand Jr. (Miki) of Whidbey Island, WA, Daniel G. Durand (Vicky) of Richfield, ID, Nancy A. Noma of Portland, OR, Jeanne M. Noia (Ken) of Fremont, CA and Jean McCormick (Dan) of Santa Cruz, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur McKay Durand, Sr.; grandchildren, Ryan Durand, Michelle Durand Hansen, Namio A. Noma, and great-granddaughter Madison McKay Buell. Besides her children, she is survived by her grandchildren, Arthur McKay Durand III, Gilbert E. Durand (Wendy), Michael D. Durand (Aimee), Lisa M. Buell (Nancy), Kenneth E. Noia, Jr., Julia M. Noia, Emiko A. Noma, eight great-grandchildren and special friends Arlene Guebert, Ellen O'Neil and Michael O'Neil. Agnes made her home for the past ten years at the retirement Inn of Fremont. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff for the compassion and care shown to her through those years. At her request, no service will be held.
