Albert Donald Scott July 19, 1934-Oct. 8, 2013 Resident of Vallejo Albert Donald Scott, 79 years old, of Vallejo, California passed away peacefully at home,Tuesday, October 8, 2013. He was born on July 19, 1934 in New Orleans Louisiana to the late Albert Eddie Scott and the late Viorst L. Scott. He lived in Vallejo for 37 years. He also served in the Army during the Korean War and was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas as a Communications Technician. He worked for 37 years for The City of San Francisco as a Chef at Laguna Honda Hospital, San Francisco Juvenile Hall, San Francisco Sheriff's Department, and San Francisco General Hospital, where he retired on February 6, 1998. After retirement he took a Managerial position at Taco Bell in Santa Rosa, ran the Kitchen at Rancho Solano, in Fairfield, and finally ran the Maintenance Department at Target in Vallejo. He was is survived by his wife Eloise Escano Scott, whom he married December 13th, 1975; his children: John Escano Scott, Jaclyn Marriah Scott, Stephanie Miller, and Eileen Clemmens; He has five grandchildren: Jocelyn Alexis Scott, Jaelon-Rider Scott, Nickolaus Miller, Julie Clemons, and Jamela Clemons. A very active participant in the Community of Vallejo, also a Lifetime Member of the Filipino Community of Solano County Inc, and a Licensed HAM radio operator (WA6JYG). A viewing will be held on Wednesday October 16th from 12 pm till 7 pm, Service will be held on the 17th of October at 7 pm until it concludes. Both Service and Viewing will be held at Skyview Memorial Lawn , 200 Rollingwood Drive in Vallejo, California. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Basil The Great Roman Catholic Church 1200 Tuolumne St. Vallejo, California, on October 18th. Burial with Military Honors at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA. Arrangements by Skyview Memorial Lawn, Vallejo, CA.
