Anell Drengacz Obituary

Anell M. Drengacz July 15, 1936 - March 28, 2003 Anell Drengacz, 66, native of San Francisco, died March 28, 2003 at ValleyCare Medical Center in Pleasanton. Anell resided in Pleasanton for the past 39 years. Everyone who came in contact with her loved her. She was a parishioner of St. Augustine's Catholic Church and was involved with their Bereavement Group. Anell loved gardening. She was the volunteer lunchtime supervisor at Walnut Grove School. Anell is survived by her loving family: sons, Fred (Lynne Aker) Flores of Fort Collins, CO and Rob (Michelle) Flores of Pleasanton; step-sons, Frank Drengacz of Deadwood, OR and Tom Drengacz of Lafayette; step-daughter, Nancy Abramson of Aptos, CA; brother, Joe Vitale of Sonoma; and sister, Theresa Daly of Petaluma. She also leaves behind seven adored grandchildren, Sam Pomeroy, Karrah, Rossie, Rob and Renee Flores, and Haley and Noah Abramson; and numerous nieces and nephews. VISITATION; Tuesday, April 1, 2003, 5-9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Graham-Hitch Mortuary, 4167 First St., Pleasanton, CA 94566. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at 10 a.m., St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 4001 Stoneridge Dr., Pleasanton, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Elizabeth Bereavement Group, P.O. Box 817, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Arrangement under the care and direction of Graham-Hitch Mortuary.
