I will not look at this as a goodbye.
I will not allow the sorrow of this event to destroy me.
You will forever be a part of my life.
I will see you in my dreams.
There you will forever be healthy and strong.
In time, I hope to embrace your freedom, freedom from the pain, and freedom from the weight of your illness.
Sorrow is inevitable, but I will face this with the same courage you did, because you are my Sister and I love you.
I miss you Carol.

Life is pleasant. Death is peaceful. It's the transition that's troublesome.--Isaac Asimov
"What matters most is how well you walked through the fire..."Charles Bukowski
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. You Lived your life so at the end, you were the one smiling and, everyone around you crying
"When our God closes one door, he opens another".
I Applaud, Spirit, Courage, Attitude, Tenacity.....
Carol, you exemplified the transition.... You walked through the fire.... You lived life smiling..... And, tears are now for others....
This door, has now been closed... Far to soon....Your time had come and your Father was waiting with his door wide open.....

I remember all the times you lived just down the road, baking cakes and cookies all day long. You put up a tremendous fight, and will always and forever be in our hearts. I know you're in a better place now. I love you Carol

I miss you my sister. I love you and wish you peace. Your bravery in the face of all the odds was remarkable. You gave the fight of fights. I will always miss you.
Hey...you never told us who was going to close the door!

Oh, I remember with great fondness the effervescent Sirany girls and especially Carol, being the oldest. I babysat you in Mpls. when I was a teenager. You were quite a handful...but adorable! I remember all of you with love. Carol will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
