Charles "Chuck" Hayes

Charles "Chuck" Hayes March 1, 1921 - October 13, 2003 Chuck Hayes died Monday, October 13, 2003 at his residence in Pittsburg. He was 82. Born in San Francisco he has lived in Pittsburg the last 27 years. He was a warehouseman and carpenter, he enjoyed sketching, woodworking, and gardening, he was a member of St. George Episcopal Church. Survived by his wife of 30 years, Catharina "Kitty" Hayes, sons Charles "Buddy" of San Francisco; Jeffrey and wife Jodi of Walnut Creek; grandsons Jason, Casey, and Ryan; brother Jack of Shasta Lake. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2003 at 10:00AM at St. George Episcopal Church in Antioch. With a reception to follow in the church hall.
