Resident of Walnut Creek
Charles F. Shaddle of Walnut Creek passed away April 3, 2022. He is survived by his five children John (Jeanne), Toni (John) Patterson, Mary Catherine (Michael) Lovelace, Doug (Shauna), & Christie (Steve) Deems 16 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents John Charles & Norma Edna (Grey), his 2 brothers John & William, & his 2 sisters who passed in childhood Norma Jean & Carol Ann, & his second wife Beverly Edwards.
He was born in Palo Alto in 1932, served in the U.S. Navy. He married his first wife Ann (Strei) in 1952. They resided for many years in Oakland before relocating to Walnut Creek.
Funeral service will be on Monday, May 2, 2022 at St. Anne's Church at 1600 Rossmoor Pkwy, Walnut Creek at 11:00 am with reception following.
