Dennis Guidici Obituary
Aug. 4, 1943 – Aug. 19, 2014
Resident of El Cerrito
Dennis was born on August 4, 1943 in Berkeley to Mary and Eugene Guidici. He was raised in El Cerrito, graduating from El Cerrito High School in 1961. He attended Contra Costa Jr. College and later a business school in Berkeley. Dennis joined the Navy during the Vietnam War and returned home where he found work in the computer programing field. Dennis loved all sports and played high school and college baseball and later semi-pro ball for El Cerrito's Hatzel Cardinals. He enjoyed many years umpiring softball and volleyball games wherever he lived. He was a former member of the Colombo Club in Oakland and The Sons of Italy in El Dorado Hills. Dennis lived in Fremont, El Dorado Hills and most recently in Sana Rosa. He is survived by his wife Jeanne, daughters Jonell and Courtney, brother Wayne (Christy), uncle to Alexander and Angela Guidici, nephew of Doris Vallerga of Oakland and Ida Glass of Magalia, plus many cousins. He will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be 11am on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at St. Joseph's Cemetery, San Pablo, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817.

Didn't know of Denny's passing till now my heart goes out to his family. My parents and his parents great friends forever.my grandparents were the Propp family from Richmond.So sorry for your loss
