Dominiqua Franklin Obituary
March 3, 1976 - July 16, 2002Richmond Memorial services for lifetime local resident Dominiqua Franklin will be held Wednesday, July 24, 7 p.m. at Wilson & Kratzer Mortuaries, 455 24th St., Richmond. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 25, 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church, 3429 Cutting Blvd., Richmond.
Survivors include her mother Barbara Williams-Hughes; father, Lonnie Franklin; two brothers, Calvin W. Hughes Jr. and Dione Russell Franklin; grandfather, Robert Williams Sr.; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

In her passing I will always remember her smile, because everytime I saw her she was happy and always full of laughter. my condolences to her family and loved ones. you never expect someone that you spent most of your elementary and highschool days with to pass on especially when they were so free spirited. i'll miss her but her memory within me will always remain.
