Eileen E. Mathey

Eileen E. Mathey Nov. 25, 1925 - Oct. 9, 2005 Eileen was born in Bronx, N.Y. and proud of it. She graduated from Walton High in June 1944. She was first employed with Guardian Life Ins. from 1944-1952. She had one child, Geri Jones. She moved to N. Jersey then on to CA. She was employed by Kaiser Permanente, Oakland, where she was a supervisor in the billings and accounting dept. for 24 years. At Guardian and Kaiser she made many lifelong and caring friends. Survived by her daughter, Geraldine Jones, of Concord, her dear friend, Jerry Mathey, sister, Helen Torres, of Clayton, nephew, John Torres, of Washington and Ann Marie Torres of Galway, Ireland. Her sister, Margaret O'Neill, died in 1995. Eileen was a lovely, outgoing, kind person who became a friend to everyone she met. After her retirement from Kaiser, she was active in the Youth Homes Auxiliary of C.C. and Meals on Wheels. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to either of the above. I miss you Mom.
