Ellen Tavernier Obituary
TAVERNIER
Born in Bay City, Michigan, February 10, 1909, passed away on July 21, 2005 in Carson City, Nevada. Her loving husband, Lawrence, preceded Ellen in death. Ellen was a longtime resident of Alameda and over the years was very active in many organizations. She was a member of the PTA and served as president of the Adelphian Club. She was also active in the Twin Towers Methodist Church. She leaves behind her sons, Larry and his wife, Anita of Bellingham, Washington and her son, James and his wife, Kathy of Gardnerville, Nevada. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive her.
She is to be reunited with her husband at the Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland.
At Ellen's request, there will be no services.
