Elmer, I will never forget the joy and fun of your home in Westchester when Mimi and I were young and then later as teens. You and Natalie were so relaxed and open. Mimi introduced me to Mark Twain. We went to Playland. Early wonderful memories I never forgot. You lived a full and good life. My condolences to your family.

Mr. Steinbock,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Italy during WW II as a member of the 5th Army. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
