Gino G. Cerruti

Gino G. Cerruti "Fluffy" Feb. 11, 1930~June 4, 2009 Resident of Danville Gino G. Cerruti was born February 11, 1930 in Oakland to his parents Guiseppi and Maria Cerruti. He was the youngest of three children. He lived in Oakland for most of his life while raising his family, during which time he was a partner for 35 years in the Oakland Scavenger Company. He leaves behind his three sons, Steve, Gino and Mark and his daughter-in-law Janet, and many nephews and nieces. He also had three grandchildren: Gino, Jenna and his pride and joy Karlie to whom he was known as Nono. He also leaves behind his brother Baci of Moraga and was preceded in death by his sister Nicoletta. He spent many years in Sugar- pine and Sonora prior to moving back to Danville to be closer to his family. He loved deer hunting and trout fishing as well as tending to his vegetable garden. He was also a lifetime member of the Alpicella Club. Friends and family are invited to a service on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 11am at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 2601 San Ramon Valley Blvd., San Ramon (925) 830-0600.
