Resident of Concord, CA
Jim passed away unexpectedly, but, peacefully on Feb. 3rd. Survived by his wife of 64 years Dorothy, son Bruce of San Francisco, daughter Caroline Mattie of Concord, 2 granddaughters Sonia Perry and Tiffany Mattie, sister Mary Milbauer of King City, OR.
He joined the Air Force after high school. He attended Univ. of Oregon and SF State where he received his teaching degree. He taught at Wren Ave. School in Concord for 40 yrs. He enjoyed wood carving, jewelry making & stamp collecting.
He will be greatly missed.
