Jerome "Jerry" Daly

Jerome "Jerry" Daly Resident of Roseville, CA Jerome "Jerry" Daly, born April 2, 1932, of Roseville, CA, passed away, Sunday, July 22, 2012. Jerry served in the US Air Force during the Korean War as a Rear Tail Gunner. He was a 1958 graduate of UC California, Berkeley and followed with a career of more than 30 years with the Alameda County Probation Department. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Hersey, his son, Paul Daly and his partner Jose Cervantes, his daughters, Laura Daly, and Linda Daly Pederson and her husband Garrett, and his two grandchildren. He was a great lover of the game of golf, a cold beer on a hot afternoon, ABBA and musical theater. He dearly cherished his friends. And above all in life he loved his three children. A service is not planned but in keeping with Jerry's wishes, his ashes, along with the ashes of his beloved brother Albert Daly, will be scattered along the Northern California Coast. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the California State Coastal Conservancy.
