Jon passed away May 15, 2016. He is survived by his children, Jeremy and Rylan Sullivan; mother, Dolores Symmons; father, William Sullivan and a host of other family members. Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 pm, Monday, May 23, 2016 at Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave., Oakland, CA 94611. Funeral Mass will be held 11 am, Tuesday, May 24, 2016, Basilica of St. Joseph, 1109 Chestnut St., Alameda, CA 94501.
