Joseph Corica Jan. 9, 1968 June 6, 2013 Resident of Alameda Joseph Corica,45, of Alameda passed away early June 6, 2013 after a long battle with esophageal cancer. His family and friends were with him as he lost this fight. Joseph was born January 9, 1968 in Alameda, CA and lived his entire life there. He attended Edison Elementary School, Lincoln Middle School, and Alameda High School. Joseph was a long-time employee of various Bay Area libraries, and most recently worked in the library at Cal State East Bay from which he retired. He loved classic cars, trains, and was an avid fisherman. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Guinevere Tecson-Corica of Alameda, CA and his mother, Diana Vise Corica of Ozark, MO.
