Luciano Mario Vacca

LUCIANO MARIO VACCA Was born in Carloforte, Sardegna on February 14, 1929. He passed away at home on June 8, 2006 at the age of 77. Luciano was a chef formally of Produce Inn and Francesco's. Survived by his loving wife Marie Vacca of 51 wonderful years. His Loving Daughters Joanne and her husband Bill Collier, Jeanette Gilliand; and sons: Michael Vacca, Tony and his wife Laura Vacca, along with his wonderful Grandchildren: Brandon and Melissa Vacca, David and Tonia Salas, Joey and Jenna Vacca, Nicklaus and Parker Gillian. His sister, Tina and brother-in-law Oreste Fritelli. His niece: Lilianna Fritelli; also his Great nephews: Luciano, Mauro, Gabriele Balloi of Italy. Luciano was a member of several Organizations: Master Breeder - German Rollar Canary Club, Fratellanza Club and Ligure Club. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 12, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Basilica Catholic Church at 1109 Chestnut in Alameda, CA. Sunday evening June 11, 2006 will be Visitation from 5:00-9:00 P.M. with a vigil at 6:30 P.M. at Greer Family Mortuary 2694 Blanding Ave. Alameda, CA. Interment will be Monday June 12, 2006 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
