Margaret Mary Gipps Trosclair, known to many as "Margie", passed away in her sleep on December 26th at the age of 64. Margaret died in her Concord home after a long illness.
Margaret was born on March 31, 1953 in Framingham, Massachusetts to Frederick and Margaret Gipps. She graduated from Framingham South High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Margaret moved to California and worked as a Technical Writer at Carollo Engineers as well as being a substitute teacher.
She is survived by her husband Michael and two daughters, Jacqueline and Michelle as well as her brothers, Frederick, Richard and Michael Gipps, her sisters Karen Peterson & Kathleen Leonard plus many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Services will be held at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Concord on January 10th at 10 a.m. There will be a viewing followed by a Mass presided over by Father Richard Mangini. Margaret will be interred at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Lafayette. There will be a reception following the interment at the Trosclair home in Concord.
