Dianna, Suzanne and Vallerie,
I am so sorry to hear of Martin's passing. Georgia and I lost touch the last couple of years so I wasn't aware that he had taken ill. Martin was always so warm and welcoming to me and his smile was so infectious. He was a master carpenter and I will never forget his artistry in making over the record store in Hayward.
My condolences to you and all who were touched by Martin's love.

Oh no!
Is this John's brother from the delivery company for VNA??!! This is Chuck (from 1985). This has all the right inscriptions of the Marty from back in the day when I used to work with Doug and coordinate the deliveries for prescriptions. I remember him also from the Lotto program and seeing his family jumping up and down even before I met the brothers.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and the family.
You are gone my brother but not forgotten

Marty,
You are the "Big Brother" I always wished for. I am grateful and privileged to have gotten to know you better in later years. Pops was always proud of you for being such a hard worker. He may not have told you but he was. You could hear it in his voice when he spoke of you and often used your example to make a point. I will miss you much and all the laughs we had whether watching comedies or just talking we found something funny in just about anything. I will always cherish the memories and keep you close to my heart. Luv Ya, your sis, Martha

Uncle Marty,
Thanks for being a real good Uncle to me grwoing up. You taught me discipline and hard work. You always took me to A's games, and remember when you used to take me camping at Manteca with Cesar and Wilson (cousin Eddie). You were the one who woke me up at 7:00 AM on my summer vacation days to go to Home Depot to buy 60 pound bags of concrete mix. Then took us to Taco Bell. You always made me laugh with funny words or funny dances, and it was classic when you would stick your half fingers in your nose. I will always remember those good things about you. I'm really going to miss you. I love you Uncle, and go A's!
From your nephew, Jon
