Patricia passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on June 19, 2016. Born in San Francisco on November 16, 1927, she moved with her family to San Leandro in the 1930's.
Patricia was raised on Maud Ave. in San Leandro, where her father Charles Garrity grew dahlias in the garden he named after her. He was a renown cultivator of dahlias as well as a floral judge and Patricia inherited his green thumb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Garrity, brothers, Victor and Colin Garrity, sister, Rosemary Garrity and her husband of over 60 years, Alton Hage.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Nancy Jenkins (Richard), sons, Derrick Hage (Toni), Taag Hage (Gabriela), grandson, Robert W. Morris III (Erin) and great-grandson, Max Morris. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at the First United Methodist Church at 1600 Bancroft Ave. San Leandro, CA on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 2:30 PM.
