I am very sad to only hear about this now. It shows how out of touch one can be. I would expect to see Ray and Marian at family gatherings, and always looked forward to catching up.
My deepest condolences to Marian and family. I’m so sorry for this late note of remembrance.
My father once drew an image of one of Ray’s father’s cars, and, knowing I had it somewhere about the house, I wanted to offer that to Ray. Only today, after so many years, did I run across it and, not having Ray’s contact information, googled his name, only to find out about his passing. RIP Ray.

Dear Ray,
I knew I liked you the moment we met in A&P school. I will always consider you a good friend and even better human being. I am forever grateful to have known you. Blessings to your family and friends.

You were a great man, Ray. We will miss your company at the Gourmet Group. You always brought a smile to our face!
