Robert Alpert Obituary
Alpert, Robert Michael 62, formerly of Walnut Creek, died Saturday, August 24, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born July 13, 1940 in Bronx, New York and served in the U.S. Army. He owned and operated Strings Italian Cafe in Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife: Susan; two sons: William (Sarah) Alpert of Walnut Creek and Russell Alpert of Walnut Creek; one daughter: Pam (Kent) Berrien of Walnut Creek; two brothers: Steve Alpert of Templeton and Ron Alpert of Los Angeles; mother: Evelyn Alpert of Camarillo; and two grandchildren: Wesley Alpert and Maxwell Berrien. Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at Oakmont Memorial Park, Redwood Chapel, 2099 Reliez Valley Rd., Lafayette. Services will conclude in the chapel. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
