Shirley Milburn Obituary

Shirley Anne Milburn
April 23, 1942 - January 26, 2021
Resident of Oregon
Shirley Anne (Koughan) Milburn entered peacefully into rest on January 26, 2021 in Junction City, Oregon surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Berkeley, California, on April 23, 1942, to proud parents Albert and Anne Koughan. Shirley was a long-time resident of the Bay Area but retired with family in Junction City, Oregon.
She is survived by her loving children, Kathy Dominguez and son Mark McGee. She was the devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren, Mark, Preslie and Dylan and leaves behind her brother Roger Koughan.
Shirley enjoyed remodeling and updating her houses with an affinity for Boston Terriers, sourdough French bread, clam chowder, Dungeness Crab, and classic movies. These are just a few of her favorite things. Shirley will leave a lasting impact on her family and community. She proudly worked alongside her sons, running the office of their cabinet shop for 20 years until her retirement. Shirley will be greatly missed. Private services will be held outside at the family home on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
