Shirley Evelyn Nelson

Shirley Evelyn Nelson 7/3/27 - 6/27/04 Shirley Nelson passed away peacefully on 6/27/04 after a short illness. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who was born and raised in the Bay Area. She now joins her two daughters, Beverly and Joann, who went before her. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jesse, sons, Dennis, Tom, Bill and Jeff, brother and sister-in-law, Bernard and Peggy Nelson, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren in California and Georgia. A chapel service will be held July 29 at 12:30pm at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland.
