Stanley Stuart Obituary

Stanley Claire Stuart 92 years of age, died following a lengthy illness at his residence in Brentwood. Stan was a native of San Juan Bautista, CA and had resided in Eastern Contra Costa County since 1946. Stan was a real estate salesman for over 20 years. A member of the Antioch-Brentwood Masonic Lodge #175 F & A.M., he enjoyed gardening, traveling and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Stuart of Brentwood; sons, Robert Stuart of Knightsen and Bruce (Susan) Stuart of Byron; sister, Mildred Cussins of Healdsburg, CA; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two nieces also survive. Private inurnment will be held at Union Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of Contra Costa, 3470 Buskirk Ave., Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Brentwood Funeral Home (925) 634-2171
