Stelios Tsagris was born in Armolia Chios Greece, April 4, 1960 passed away peacefully on Friday November 3, 2017. He is survived by his daughter Marika Tsagris, his brother Vaggelis Tsagris and his wife Dimitra, his sister Koula Syngounis, niece Alexandra Tsagris, nephews Athanasios and Panagiotis Syngounis, and grandnephew Aris Syngounis. He lived in Alameda for over 25 years and owned the Alameda landmark restaurant Gold Coast Grill. He was also the National President of the Chian Society of North America and Canada where he proudly supported his home island. Family and friends are invited to attend Trisagion Services Wednesday November 15, 2017 at 7pm and Funeral Services Thursday November 16, 2017 at 11am. All services at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension, 4700 Lincoln Ave., Oakland. Interment Mt. View Cemetery, Oakland following the services. For further information please call: Harry W.
