Virginia Lee Burton

VIRGINIA LEE BURTON December 28, 1933 - August 4, 2006 Virginia Lee Burton, 72, of Coulterville died August 04, 2006 at her home in Coulterville, CA. She was born the daughter of Lee and Mildred Railsback of Kansas and was raised in Hayward CA. She raised her family in Livermore and later moved to Modesto. The last 12 years she's resided Coulterville. She was a member of the Livermore Soroptimist's, Coulterville VFW Women's Auxilary and enjoyed rock collecting and especially her grandkids. She is survived by her children; Deborah Carothers of Discovery Bay, Cheryl Moir of Byron, Nancy Moir of Modesto, David Burton of Livermore, and Dale Burton of San Diego. Siblings; Rex Railsback of Lincoln CA, Glenn Railsback of Castro Valley, and Wanda Pierce of Beebe, AR. Nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Jo Burton; sister, Vada Covey and brother, Robert Railsback. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 14, 2006 at Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 348 N. Canyons Pkwy, Livermore, CA. A reception will follow.
