Danny Rainey Obituary

Danny Ray Rainey, 57, of Clovis, NM, died Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at The Chapel with Pastor Furgus Tunnell officiating.
Danny was born August 20, 1953, to Jeff Cornelius and Margaret Louise (Vaughn) Rainey in Earlimart, CA. He married Ann Anderson, October 6, 1977 in Clovis, NM. He worked in Property Management and worked at Curry County Grain Elevators. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, and most of all his family and grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Rainey of the home; five children, Judy Bledsoe, Michelle Rainey, Danny Rainey Jr., Roseanna (Albert) Ortega, and Jeffrey (Shelley) Rainey all of Clovis, NM; two sisters, Linda (Robert) Talley of Plainview, TX, and Fern (Joseph) Norwood of Clovis, NM; brother, Leniel Thompson of Clovis; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Rainey; step-mother, Rosie Rainey; mother, Margaret Thompson; brother, Jack Rainey; sister, Floy Sue Anson; daughter, Tiffany Rainey; and two grandchildren, William Rainey and Floy Jouett.
