Hollee Spears Obituary
She was born August 30th, 1989, in Clovis, NM. She married Austin Spears of Clovis on June 15, 2011. She was a Clovis High School graduate in 2007. Hollee attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM where she received her degree in elementary education. She was a very successful school teacher at Clovis Nazarene School for several years and taught at Mesa Elementary. When moving to Amarillo, TX, she established Hollee Spears Photography wherein she focused on newborn photos. Both Hollee and Austin moved to Keller, TX in 2015. Family and children were her passion and she was truly blessed with a unique gift of a bountiful heart. She was always focused on bringing out the greater good in everything and in everyone.
Hollee is survived by her loving husband, Austin Spears of Keller, TX; parents, Cheryl Burch of Clovis, NM; Scott and Dena Plyler of Clovis, NM; one brother, Rance Plyler of Clovis, NM; Grandparents, Betty "Noodle" Burch; Bill and Gerry Shaw, all of Clovis. She had numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Godmother, Carla Nuttall; Godfather, Larry Smith.
Hollee is preceded in death by grandparents, Waylon Don "Grandpap" Burch, Eck and Laverne Colson, HL Plyler; and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
The family will be available for visitation Friday, September 18th from 5-7 p.m. at Steed Todd Funeral Home, 800 Manana Blvd., Clovis, NM 88101.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 11 a.m. at W. 21st Street Church of Christ, 1720 W 21st St., Clovis, NM 88101 with Ken Cable officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, NM. Pallbearers are: Jack Nuttall, Larry Smith, Aaron Ratledge, Mike Burdett, Matt Sefcik, Bob Farkas. In lieu of flowers,
Donations can be made to the Hollee Spears Memorial Fund at the Bank of Clovis. 300 N. Main St. Clovis NM 88101. Donations will go to Hollee's chosen charity.
Services are under the care and direction of Steed-Todd Funeral Home & Crematory, 800 E. Manana Blvd. Clovis, New Mexico (575) 763-5541. You may sign the online guest registry at www.steedtodd.com.
