Melissa Aguilar

1962 - 2022

Melissa Aguilar was the daughter of Bill and Ruth Henry born January 21, 1962, in Amarillo, TX. She passed away at the age of 60 on April 27, 2022.
Melissa was a physical and occupational therapist in Clovis for over 10 years. She served and attended Faith Christian Family Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother raising two children Jordan Aguilar and Preslee Huffaker and 6 grandchildren.
Melissa graduated from Artesia High School before moving to Clovis in 1998. She lived most of her life there with her boyfriend, Sean Burch. She enjoyed going to the high school games, watching the Dallas Cowboys, golfing, gardening, volunteering, and spending time with her dog "Squirt". She will be remembered by her fashion, kind words, ability to persevere, and her faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Melissa was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Ruth Henry. Melissa is survived by Sean Burch, her son Jordan Aguilar, and wife April Aguilar, her daughter Preslee Huffaker, and husband Jon Huffaker, and her sister Tracy Henry.
