Pat trained as a surgical technician at St Elizabeth's hospital in Lafayette and was highly regarded for her work. After living in 10 different states and England, Pat, Bob, and their children, were transferred to Cannon Air Force Base in 1974, and made Clovis their forever home.
Pat returned to college in 1975 and graduated as a licensed practical nurse in 1976 from the ENMU Clovis Campus. She worked as an orthodontics assistant for doctors' Vondrak and Jennings. Pat loved to travel with friends, spending time with grandchildren, baking pies, cookies, cupcakes and cakes for family and friends, attending exercise group classes, volunteering at her church and the hospital, taking care of fur-babies, and most recently the birds visiting her backyard that she called the Bird Café. Most importantly, Pat loved to laugh and live life fully with others. Her vivacious, outgoing personality will be missed by all who loved her.
