Doris June Holeman
June 25, 1938 – Oct. 7, 2025

Funeral services for Doris June (Barger) Holeman, 87, were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, at Dengel & Sons Mortuary. Burial followed at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Holeman was born June 25, 1938, in the Badger Lee community to Barney Tralford and Irene Gertrude (Diffee) Barger. She passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, in Richmond, Kan.
She was a 1956 graduate of Sallisaw High School and employed as an office manager. She was competitive and athletic, and enjoyed planting and tending to her flower garden.
She was married to Paul Holeman on Oct. 12, 1956, in Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors are two children, Debi Milton and husband Randy of Ottawa and Paula Holeman and partner Rick Reding of Eudora; two siblings, Don Barger of Sallisaw and Jerry Barger and wife Rose of Shawnee; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brothers, Eddie Barger, Freddie Barger and Joe Barger.
