James E. Baldridge

Funeral services for James E. Baldridge, 74, of Bunch, were held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial followed at 1 p.m. at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. Baldridge was born on Sept. 14, 1950, in Bunch, to Calvin Baldridge and Sally (Comingdeer) Johnson. He died on Nov. 23, 2024, in Fort Smith.
He was owner and operator of Ridge Transportation and of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors are his wife, Charlotte, of the home; two daughters, Georgia Fields and Shane of Muskogee, and Kristy Baldridge of Van Buren, Ark.; two sons, Michael Young and Stephanie of Sallisaw, and Tommy Baldridge of Fort Smith; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Parker Johnson and Lisa of Fort Smith; sister, Oleta Pritchett of Jay; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Leon Rosin; and sister, Abby Sanders.
Pallbearers were Shane Fields, Marcos Estrada, Mike Young, Billy Baldridge, Alex Cullom, Tommy Baldridge and Cameron Young.
