Graveside services for Patsy Cook, 79, of Muldrow, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cook was born on Nov. 16, 1943, in Paris, Ark., to Dooley Burton and Irene (Harris) Burton. She died on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, in Muldrow.
She was a line cook at a restaurant and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed playing the piano.
She married Paul Othel Lee Cook on Aug. 26, 1961, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on Sept. 9, 2019.
Survivors include one son, Jeffery and Cindy Cook of Muldrow; one sister, Gail Burton of Fort Smith; two brothers, David Burton of Fort Smith and Donnie Burton of Roland; one grandchild; and other family members and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Burton; and one brother, Johnny Burton.
