Ernest Desmore Jr. Obituary
Ernest served in the United States Army.
He is survived by sons, Ricky Desmore of Tifton/Thomasville, Travis Desmore (Dewi) of Tallahassee/Thomasvill, and Kim Taylor, whom he loved as a daughter; grandchildren, Hunter and Garrett Desmore; siblings, Wyman Cecil Stubbs (W.C.) and wife Linda, Gary Stubbs, William Stubbs (Brenda), Kenneth Stubbs (Theresa), Martha Lynn Pehrsson (Anders) and Nancy Stubbs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Wyman Bascomb Stubbs (W.B.), and stepmother Olga Desmore.
A service was held on Thursday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m. at the Allen & Allen Celebration of Life Chapel with Pastor Brent Welch officiating. The family received friends on Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
