Jean was a true lady. She was the first to bring joy to a friend. Always interesting and interested. When my wife passed, Dick and Jean were in Florida, they sent flowers and then brought a dish to the house when they returned. Not at all necessary but really appreciated.
She entertained on her organ and was very much interested in JATOE and CATOE. They enjoyed going to SanFilipo's home in Barrington when an internationally recognized artist was performing.
True Value Hardwares had beautiful housewares departments under her direction.
I will miss Jean as well as Dick. They were beautiful people who were always helping others. GOD BLESS you JEAN!

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the family. From reading about Jean it is evident that she lived a full and rewarding life. May you be comforted by those fond memories of her and by the promise Jesus holds out to Jean at John 6:40.
