Glen Kyle Obituary

Glen P. Kyle, 93, of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at Goshen Hospital.

He was born Jan. 26, 1928, in Goshen to Fley "Skeet" and Ruth (Riley) Kyle.

On June 26, 1949, he married Norma J. Woods in Goshen.

She survives along with two daughters, Dawn R. (Brian) Schmucker of Greenfield and Pamela R. (Jim) Catalano of Goshen; six grandchildren, Jonathan and Jason Schmucker, Melissa (Brian) Charles Hochstetler, Matthew (Michelle) Charles, Kristen (Bob) Catalano Senne and Jim D. (Kristin) Catalano and nine great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randall Kyle, and a grandson, Joshua Schmucker.

A member of First Baptist Church, Goshen, Glen enjoyed motorcycles and horseback riding for many years. He worked as a machinist, retiring from NIBCO.

A visitation will take place Saturday, Jan. 22, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service at First Baptist Church, Goshen. Pastor Greggory Lanzen and the Rev. Louis Showers will officiate.

A private burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorial gifts may be shared with First Baptist Church, Goshen, or Child Evangelism Ministries, Bristol.
