I know Bob from his work as The Supervisor of 'The Crew' at ViewRail/Stair Supplies . What a great guy !!! He was a natural at supporting seven individuals who had a wide range of needs in a work setting . The Coach and Teacher in him was apparent . He seemed to form a special bond and connection with every one of those seven people . He went to lunches with them on Fridays , on fishing trips with them on Saturdays . He invited them to cookouts at his home where he served his farm raised beef . What a great guy !!!

To Bob's family & friends, I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
Bob was a new friend of mine that I had met through Len. Bob joined Len on my podcast, Inchstones by Saturday's Story, which celebrates and embraces special needs populations and employees. The heart and love exuded from Bob was so pure as he described his Pit Crew members. It is with heartfelt sympathy that I share the full episode here with you all in memory of him.
