Wendy Kay Seifert, 66, of Rolling Prairie, formerly of Elkhart, was called home to the Lord on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, surrounded by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Steven "Steve" Seifert; and granddaughter, Kaylee Seifert.
In accordance with Wendy's wishes, cremation took place at Billings Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. EST followed by a light lunch and time of fellowship. The service will be held at Grace Community Church, 4001 Lincolnway E. in Mishawaka.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wendy's honor to Elevate Students (https://tithe.ly/give_new/www/#/tithely/give-one-time/391815) and L.E.A.P of Toledo (Venmo: @LEAP-Toledo, PayPal: @LEAPToledo).
Wendy was kind and sweet, always thinking of others before herself. She worked as a registered nurse for her entire professional career and used that passion for helping others to make a positive impact on many lives. Wendy also enjoyed serving alongside her friends in youth ministry. She was a faithful member of her Bible study group where she enjoyed fellowship with her treasured friends as they discussed the Word of God together.
Whenever she had the opportunity she loved being in nature, being around animals, and camping with her family at Eby Pines. Wendy was a skilled target shooter and also enjoyed plenty of friendly competition doing this with her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and all of those who knew her and had the privilege of having her in their lives.
