Kathy Windsor Obituary
Kathy Gilmore Windsor, 74 of Shallotte, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
Kathy was the daughter of Raymond and Lucille Sprinkle Gilmore. She retired from the banking industry and was of the Baptist faith. Kathy loved and enjoyed living and going to the beach.
Along with her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her late husband, Robert "Bobby" Windsor; brother, Trent Gilmore; sister, Judy Speaks; nephew, Jamie Gilmore.
Kathy is survived by her son, Robert Layne Windsor and wife, Shelly, of Harvey's Lake, PA; sister-in-law, Shelby Gilmore, of Elkin, NC; brother-in-law, Toby Speaks, of Austin, NC, grandchildren, Brady and Avery Windsor, nieces and nephew, Teresa Calderon, Sandy Welborn, Carla Speaks, Toby Lee Speaks.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's memory to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 955 Mercy Lane, Bolivia, NC 28422.
The family would like to thank Lower Cape Fear Hospice and their staff for the love and care that was shown to Mrs. Windsor during her sickness.

I´m so sorry for the loss of your Mom. Kathy. Just now reading the obituary. We had a lot of good times as couples with her and Bobby. I pray you had lots of times with her.
